Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. 

All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Ron Scasny

Owner

Ron is the majority owner of Hearts of Caring dba Comfort Keepers Franchises 532, 805, and 875.

Ron has thirty-three (33) years of health insurance operations experience involving administration of group and individual indemnity, HMO (Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare), PPO, IPA, long-term care, short and long-term disability, dental, life, point-of-service, direct contract, continuation, conversion, weekly income, and self-funded products. He is an entrepreneur by nature and has owned numerous small businesses including at one time a sports card/memorabilia store, a healthcare claims software company, and an embroidery/screen printing shop.

While President and Owner of Abri Health Plan, a 20,000 member Medicaid HMO in Southeast Wisconsin, Ron saw fraud and abuse in the personal care worker business. After confronting some of the agencies he felt were unprofessional, it became apparent to him that what he needed to do was purchase his own agency. So a search began and Ron eventually found a Comfort Keepers Franchise for sale in the Milwaukee area.

Ron and his wife Beth have seven children together and lead a very busy life watching the kids play sports. Ron enjoys musky fishing, deer and turkey hunting, playing tennis and lifting weights during his free time. As a lifelong Packer fan, his passion for football included playing in high school, college, and semi-professional, and continues while watching his sons play.

Joanne Bolz

Owner

Joanne is the General Manager and partner owner of Hearts of Caring, LLC. dba Comfort Keepers Franchisees #532, #805 and #875. Joanne purchased her first Comfort Keepers territory with her business partner, Ronald L. Scasny, in March 2011. In August 2013 they purchased two additional territories.

Joanne is a Lakeland College graduate and has 25 years of business experience in sales, marketing and insurance. Most recently she was the Provider Relations Director at Abri Health Plan. She has sales and marketing experience in premium retail products, claims processing software and Third Party Administration.

Joanne and her husband Ron have three children. Joanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, quilting, gardening, working out and reading.

Kelly Drout

Human Resources Coordinator

Kelly joined the Comfort Keepers team in March of 2013. Within the Human Resource field, recruitment of qualified Caregivers is her main focus, to ensure that the placement of individuals in your loved ones home is above expectations. When recruiting for caregivers the thought process is, "would I place this individual with my own grandmother and will they provide the clients the necessary cares to stay within their home?" Kelly is a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate, is married, mom of handsome twin boys, and has been in the Human Resource field for 18 years.

Patty Enders

Manager, Client Care Coordinator

Patty started with Comfort Keepers in April 2011 as a Client Care Coordinator. Her background has always been in customer services, primarily in the health care industry. As the business continued to grow, Patty was promoted to Supervisor of Client Care Coordinators in August 2013. She now leads the team of Care Coordinators and Schedulers. Patty also mentors our Personal Care Aides on our "Interactive Caregiving" approach teaching them to strive to do activities of daily living with our clients, engaging them in the moment, rather than just doing it for them.

Tammy Nanda

Client Care Coordinator

Tammy began working with Comfort Keepers in September of 2010 as a Caregiver. She has used her past experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in her current role as a Client Care Coordinator by overseeing the various cares of her clients by making client satisfaction her highest priority. Tammy's background of helping to meet the needs of others through her work in an orphanage in India drives her daily commitment to her Comfort Keeper Clients. Tammy is very blessed to be the mother of eight precious children and is happiest when she is surrounded by their smiling faces and infectious love for life.

Tracy Kovach

Client Care Coordinator

Tracy started with Comfort Keepers in March of 2009 as a caregiver.  October 2012 she was asked to join our office staff as the receptionist while continuing her work as a caregiver.   May of 2013 she moved into the Scheduler Role, and early 2014 she became one of the newest Client Care Coordinators.  Tracy continues to work as an on-call caregiver and truly enjoys working with the elderly population.   

Beth Waller

Community Liaison

Beth has been with Comfort Keepers since 2012. Beth is the face of Comfort Keepers in adult housing communities, CBRFs, assisted living communities and rehab facilities throughout Waukesha, Walworth and Jefferson counties. Beth's responsibilities include providing these facilities with Comfort Keepers marketing materials and senior resource information, and introducing them to any new marketing initiatives and training options. When Beth isn't out in the field, she is in the office creating the monthly newsletters and talking with prospective clients. One of Beth's favorite responsibilities at Comfort Keepers is getting to know the clients and doing home assessments. Beth is recently married, and keeps busy being Mom to her 12-year old son, Dylan.

Courtney Tucker

Scheduler

Courtney joined the Comfort Keepers team in May of 2013. She has enjoyed getting to know Caregivers and Clients alike through her role(s) as Receptionist & Administrative Assistant; and is now using that knowledge and experience as the Scheduler. Most of her experience and educational background resides in the field of mental health, but has learned a great deal about the advantages of home care and all the wonderful, challenging and rewarding opportunities it has to offer.
