Meet Our Comfort Keepers®

Our team is uniquely qualified and ready to help

Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.

All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Kelly Drout

Human Resources Coordinator

Kelly joined the Comfort Keepers team in March of 2013. Within the Human Resource field, recruitment of qualified Caregivers is her main focus, to ensure that the placement of individuals in your loved ones home is above expectations. When recruiting for caregivers the thought process is, "would I place this individual with my own grandmother and will they provide the clients the necessary cares to stay within their home?" Kelly is a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate, is married, mom of handsome twin boys, and has been in the Human Resource field for 18 years.

Patty also mentors our Personal Care Aides on our "Interactive Caregiving" approach teaching them to strive to do activities of daily living with our clients, engaging them in the moment, rather than just doing it for them.

Tammy's background of helping to meet the needs of others through her work in an orphanage in India drives her daily commitment to her Comfort Keeper Clients.
